Cancellation & Refund Policy

Medigence Health (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides a digital healthcare platform enabling patients to subscribe to doctors for medical consultations and related services. This policy governs subscription payments, cancellations, refunds, and data protection in compliance with applicable laws.

1. Subscription Nature

1.1 Once a patient completes payment for a doctor’s subscription, the subscription is deemed successfully activated and confirmed.

1.2 Each subscription is doctor-specific and grants access only to the selected doctor for the subscribed period.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 No Cancellation After Payment
Once payment is successfully processed, the subscription cannot be cancelled.

2.2 The patient acknowledges that digital health services begin immediately upon subscription activation, making cancellation impractical.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 All payments made toward subscriptions on Medigence Health are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Non-usage or partial usage of services.
  • Change of decision after payment.
  • Dissatisfaction unrelated to platform malfunction.

 

3.2 Refunds shall only be considered if required by applicable law or in the event of a verified technical failure attributable solely to Medigence Health.

4. Non-Transferability of Subscription

4.1 Subscriptions are non-transferable.

4.2 The subscription fee paid for one doctor:

  • Cannot be transferred to another doctor.
  • Cannot be converted into wallet credit.
  • Cannot be reused or reassigned under any circumstances.

5. Policy Updates

Medigence Health reserves the right to modify this policy to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes. Updated policies will be made available through the app or website.
